World Cup Soccer Spells With The Pippins, Plus Soccerhenge

We did something different for Summer Solstice as it was quite cool and dark - more like September than summer. we used the energy from the World Cup and actually the setting up of the rituals was quite complicated and time consuming. the idea was to tap in to the force generated by the crowds and players in Russia for the world Cup.

I am not personally a football fan, quite the opposite in fact, but this is why I could look at the workings objectively. I said I was going to do something magickal and originally I was going to set up a kind of Golden Dawn formation only using the football pitch plate as a mini-temple.

I improvised a bit and came up with the players as magicians and the large ball as a kind of Ipsissimus, transcending both the physical and spiritual worlds.

Then I decided to create 'Soccerhenge' instead of Stonehenge, using the football rubbers as the Four Quarters and then using the large football drawn on the serviette as the Circle Of Power with the Stonehenge pieces re-arranged slightly to encompass a couple of mini footballs as Soccerhenge temple pieces.

The Crow's Nest And The Pippins

This huge corw's nest literally fell out of the trees in to our garden a few days ago. We saw it as a gift so used it for some magick rituals. Of course the Pippins wanted to see it - they wondered what was going on so I had to let them have a look at the next. The Pippins - Original Pippin and Doppelgänger Pippin were definitely impressed. We have kept the nest carefully wrapped up in polythene against the elements. We do recycle a lot but there are some instances where [plastic is needed.

I am wearing three spirit vessel (spirited) rings at the moment and my Basilisk ring fell off as I was typing so he must have liked the next too!

The Uranium Pippins Of St Ives, Cornwall And The Vaseline Glass Book

Last June, 2017, we did a post on the Pippins - That is, Original Pippin and Doppelgänger Pippin, entitled 'Uranium Pippins'.

The Pippins were seen with a glowing candlestick and it was an atmospheric photo that both of them were pleased with.

This year, June 2018, the Pippins are seen with a uranium glass, (or Vaseline glass as it is also known), book.

This kind of glass glows under a black light (UV light) because it contains very small quantities of uranium.
Uranium was mined in Cornwall, in the south-west of England and traces of it can still be found in old mines around there.

The Pippins were relaxed and happy:):)

Huge Wildlife Filled Fir Trees In The Garden

These huge fir trees, belonging to my neighbour, actually border my garden. They are filled with bird's nests and hedgehogs in summer.The trees are around 30 feet tall at least and do shut out a lot of light but we have not asked the neighbour to cut them back because of all the wildlife in them and they are a wonderful backdrop for magical activities. Wild urban foxes come and eat the offerings we put out after the ceremonies and birds take the rest. We get lots of snails all over the pathways in summer too and a snail once came in the house and was found firmly sitting on the sink drainer in the kitchen. When I tried to lift the snail, I found how firmly they can stick, but the creature was safely moved back outside eventually!

Spirit Trap Spell With Herbs

This is a fake app which screams when used. It is strictly for fun only and not for serious ghost hunters. It does a good job and letting out a shriek in the night as the app picks up a lead is very effective.
It works on the premise it is picking up spirit activity then takes a spooky picture. Most likely it picks up radio waves in the vicinity and then the action begins. Very cringeworthy but good for light relief!
