The Pippins - Pooches Of St Ives Extravaganza
Well, the Pippins had to have a bit of fun, they were due a laugh and some enjoyment, so we broadcast them as 'Pooches Of St Ives'. No doubt that busy seaside town will be heaving with revellers at this time of year, having recovered from the September Festival, some months back, but we understand the Pippins love the beach and the sea. However, our doppelgänger Pippins are firmly landlocked right now, perhaps dreaming of Broadway? Who knows?
The Pippins Taking Part In A Dog Tarot Reading
The Christmas Pippins took part in a reading using the 'Dog Tarot' deck on Christmas Day. They got the following cards - The Dogcatcher, The Seven Of Bowls And The Pack. These Pippins do not really like solitude very much, they like to feel they are members of a pack, even spiritually. The Dogcatcher shows they should be careful as someone may want to take their spot and the seven of bowls shows new opportunities for them lie ahead.
Angel Card Ritual, Plus Magick Angel Spell Featuring A Lettuce
These rituals were both done on Christmas Day itself, to harness the complete power of the day. Lettuce can be used for very many magickal purposes as shown here in an Angel spell. The Angel Cards in the lower pictures feature different aspects of Archangel Raphael who is a great healer, and the spread also features Archangel Michael who is a great protector.
Christmas Day - Out In The Evening
This quick snap on a phone cam was taken on Christmas Day. It was really lovely to get out in to the darkness and see the orange glow from the street lamps in the road, not to mention the Christmas lights in the houses. it was like really connecting to the Spirit Of The Earth.
Pictures In A Bradford Subway
These wall murals were commissioned by Bradford Council and were painted by a friend of my daughter's dad, some time ago now. I particularly like the 90's film 'Fairy Tale' as shown in the green mural and actually have an old copy of it on video. Another friend of mine was an extra in the 80's film 'The Dresser' which is also shown in one of the murals. The artist in question was apparently in a band at one time and became disillusioned because he was absolutely skint. So he read a copy of a famous book 'The Secret Of The Ages and also 'Think And Grow Rich ' by Napoleon Hill and he was soon driving around in an expensive car, began running his own successful business and bought a house in a nice area - so it did work for him, definitely.

Power Station On A Saturday Night
Having been unable to get too close to the other side of the Conditioning House, as shown in the previous post, we managed to get some photos of the nearby power station instead. The power stations hums like the sound of billions and billions of hornets. it is really noisy but very atmospheric. we did keep a respectable distance however as there are danger signs all over it. The bottom picture shows a road that runs past industrial units in the area, near the railway line. The pictures were taken on 16th December 2017. Things have changed round there a lot in recent years.
The Horrors Of Dereliction In Buildings
This road leads to the Conditioning House, a derelict building connected formerly to wool cleansing, that is listed so cannot be easily pulled down despite being very dangerous. The pictures were taken on 16th December 2017 and the Conditioning House gives off such horrible vibes. It used to be enjoyable to go and photograph the outside of it at night, though now the road often gets sleazy no-goods parking up. It is just out of the city centre, near a ring road. Last Saturday night, shortly after we got there, a van pulled up and a man took his dog for a widdle, then further up the road, a car appeared and stopped with its headlights on so we could not go up that end. The car can faintly be seen in the top picture.
Barbed Wire In The Nght
This warning barbed wire curled protectively around the bare trees. The wire was threatening and its message was not very subtle.
Jumbo And Buffalo Bill
These are copies of posters advertising Jumbo The Elephant and Buffalo Bill. they are self explanatory really.
Dark Gaslight
This is a photo of a converted dark gaslight. It was used on a blog that I had from 2006. I got the impression there was a lot of latent power contained within the old gaslight.
Ghostly Old Hall Window
This was taken on a very old 2G phone that actually had some form of sat-nav to go with it, back in 2006. I keep all the old phones and sometimes use the old cameras. One old phone from 2005 still gets occasional use as a phone. The house shown is a council owned museum that is reputedly very haunted.
Sunrise In The Night
This picture was taken in May 2012 and is a series that were taken on a very early morning. One of the pictures taken actually showed a sunspot.
Ghastly Old Decrepit Building
This photo was taken a few years ago and things have not changed even today. This building is part of a large complex called the Conditioning House, shut since the early 80's and now in a dangerous state of dereliction. It is very unpleasant and gives off funny vibes.

Dragon On Canal Side Underpass
Someone went to great pains to draw a dragon and a freaky banquet on the wall of a bridge the Leeds Liverpool Canal runs under. They must have done the drawing using a barge because they would not have had access without the use of some kind of boat. The Leeds-Liverpool Canal was once a major waterway in northern England.
Elephant Shadow Spirit
I don't want to be a kill joy here and mention pareidolia because who can say that a spirit portal doesn't open up when a pareidolia picture is present. There really could have been a spirit elephant in the shadow. After all I was researching Jumbo the Elephant at the time!
Autumn Leaves In The Tree
I love this picture of autumn leaves even though we are virtually at the Winter Solstice and will be leaving autumn for winter very soon. The orange colour of the leaves still glows with energy. In colour therapy orange is a very good shade to attract new friendships, new jobs and to open doors previously closed.

Giant Fat Palm Tree Enjoying The Sky
Palm Trees are sacred to the Carthaginian Goddess Tanit or Tanith. Doves are also sacred to this Goddess. This particular palm has clumped outwards and split in to two from a single tree, showing unity and solidarity, as well as partnership.
Cheeky Snail On A Drainer
This snail got through the kitchen window and travelled right on to the sink drainer. When I tried to pick the snail up it had a really strong suction and held on to the drainer, but eventually the snail was delivered safely back outside again!
Old Windows 98 Theme - Ghostly House
This is my absolute favourite screen saver of all time. An owl would flap in a tree and the moon moved from one side to the other and back again. Lights went on and off in the house, then the door opened. It had some good sound effects too :)

Black Goat with Red Roses And Lights
I think this picture kind of tells a story all of its own. The black goat looks very well against the red back drop with the red roses and red lights. It meant to be a picture of beauty and perhaps of a little dark exploration, whilst keeping firmly on the side of love as represented by the shaded deep red roses creeping in from the right. Love is always preset forever in this montage of concepts and there is also brightness in the subtle lighting.
Sword And Shield Power Spell
This spell was performed outside on behalf of a third party. It was performed near to our water altar and blends the elements together - air, fire, water, earth and spirit. Every day objects can certainly be use din spells. Many traditional spells were written in times past and do not really keep up with a modern or urban environment.
There are a number people around today who seem to think witchcraft is in fact, illegal. But - it has in all honesty, been perfectly legal to practice witchcraft in England since 1951 and we do a great many spells in the garden and even on public land as it is not something that should be hidden in our opinion but instead should in fact be celebrated. I even tell people in my local supermarket I do spell work and the like, if I get in to conversation. I think witchcraft has spent enough time hidden away and needs to demand the respect the religion truly deserves.

Lister's Mill In Silhouette On A Cold Day
Lister's Mill chimney was so wide that a horse and cart could be driven round the edge. The mill supplied velvet curtains and drapes to the White House In Washington DC at one time. It was also responsible for dyeing and supplying the coronation velvet. It had outpost in various other towns and cities, including Paris, France. Lister's also had a separate silk mill. it is also known as Manningham Mills and part of the mill is now an apartment building It ceased to operate as a mill quite some time ago and is part of Bradford's Victorian past.
Roses Offerings For Lord Krishna
We often give flowers as offerings when doing our magickal or spiritual workings. These particular roses were for Lord Krishna. The first lot arrived dead so the shop sent some more out. That was a bit of a funny vibe but we managed to correct it. We have found music to be quite useful in spell work and for this we played a Hindi version of the Krishna Chant over and over again.
