Late March Snowfall Creates A Magickal Backdrop

 There was quite a heavy snowfall during late March in our are. It was more like Christmas than a spring da. it did get quite magickal though, as all of the little spirit ornaments and the bird on the roof seemed to agree.

Gladys The Hamster Enjoys Coming Out To Play

 

Gladys really does have ruby red eyes and it was one of the reasons I chose her at the pet shop. The other reason is that her fur is more sable coloured than golden.

 When I was little, Syrian hamsters were also widely known as Golden hamsters. I used to get some of my hamsters from a place called Parslow's Hamster Farm, in Great Bookham, Surrey, UK and they were sent up by train. My father used to pick the hamster up from the station.

Parslow's Hamster Farm had many thoroughbred breeds of hamsters unavailable elsewhere .

The hamster farm was run by a man called Percy W Parslow and it was exciting to choose a special hamster from his mail order lists.

The Gorgeous Pippin Sits Near To Zoltar

 

Pippin looks quite serious. Just out of shot is my fortune telling Zoltar box and he is also sitting near one of my wands. Everything has a purpose in my home, but Pippin likes to sit and watch - he is very inquisitive!

Chinese New Year Meets Alice In Wonderland

 We love rabbits, so The Year Of the Water Rabbit is a special time and however busy we are, we always try to do a little display. A great grand uncle used to regularly trade with China and Japan over 100 years ago and so we like to keep up with a bit of tradition in supporting this wonderful Spring Festival, with a bit of Alice In Wonderland thrown in.

Little Gnome Enjoys The World Cup

 The little gnome thoroughly enjoyed the World Cup in December 2022. He was out there playing football (soccer) with the best of them. He enjoyed standing with the Christmas display too!

Haunted Halloween With Really Powerful Energies

All of our spirit friends had a really marvellous Halloween. They all came out and thoroughly enjoyed joining in the fun and ceremony of the occasion.

Mistic Dawn Morning In Pippin Land

There is a lot ot be gained from looking at the signs of a landscape.  For instance, the top picture could be interpreted as  band of uncertain times ahead  - or that there would be some situations hidden from view so to look beyond the norm. 

In picture two, the dawn looks like a kind of pink 'Swiss Alps' in the sky and is showing mountains to climb in life but alos a rosy future.

In picture three, the 'blue air' is a connection to the sea as well as the sky, and also emotions, so could be interpreted as a time to check deep inner feelings.
